I am so glad someone finally hit that big azz waterfall. In years past there has been too much water to get to it.

I PROMISE we will get some new and more difficult trails opened up this winter. I have spied at least 3-4 spots with tons of potential.

.
I would have stayed there all day and tried to get up it...it felt like it was going to go a few times. As with most other pictures, they just don't do it justice. When we pulled up to it, I never thought I'd even get the front wheels up on it (undercut very bad).

As with most other pictures, they just don't do it justice.

But the video might:popcorn: It was the nastiest waterfall I've ever seen anyone attempt. Slick, undercut ledges make for some good entertainment.

I'd be up for a winter run when you get the new trails cut.

The the first ledge on that fall is HUGE and severly undercut, if anyone tries to say otherwise, just smack them. How deep was the big pool before it?

There is a lot more potential for nice hard trails up there. Diablo was the last new trail cut and that was at least 3 years ago. We got burned out quick on cutting trails and Swiss entirely. Shoot most years its a struggle just to keep existing trails open. There are 2-3 that never got reopened after the big Ice storm 5 years ago. Cutting new stuff just got stalled. The waterfall trail used to be nice, but a good rig can do it in about 15 minutes now. It could be expanded up the hollow more too.

I know myself and Jess has spotted several spots, Rodney and Bobby has too. Rodney has been up there a ton this summer so I know he has some nasty stuff scoped out.

You know the Ledge Jess beat on for like 20 min saturday? I cant wait to tell him a YJ on 36's with an open rear went right up where he got denied. Poor Jess was more frustrated than I have seen him in a while.

I wanna see the vids, I know they got Booby's roll on it but I do not know if they got anything else on that trail, it started off all wrong, I had a thermostat decide to stick as I started up and ended up blowing a hose and then had trouble getting the housing to seal after removing it. I spent my time fixing that while they got Bobby taken care of

Hate that I missed it... maybe by next summer I will have a "worthy" rig again!

Trip is really not that bad...how is the "land access" issues? I know last trip we were treading on pins/needles, avoiding the creeks, etc. Would love to come up there more but don't want to step on toes if you guys are having trouble getting limited access as is.

Otherwise I would guess you could get some "volunteers" to help cut/keep stuff open (wheeling/bringing chainsaw to keep trail open...NOT open new/unless directed) from down here since that is what, 3ish hours from Gso?
