Until it rained REALLY hard it was adding traction/bite in my opinion, folks were getting better "dig" on the hard corner before the tabletop after the rain.
The back / series of mudholes got progressively worse all day as the water splashed out over the rest of that part of the track.
The areas I saw "speed" being made up:
Pro series - the guys that launched over the tires instead of crawled.
The set of doubles before the sharp turn (then mud holes) The fastest guys thru there launched over the doubles, braked hard/bounced over that ditch and turn and swung wide around the hole/gunned it for the rest of that straight away.
Only think I saw one personally successfully clear the doubles before the "log jam" and at least one PRO Green TJ looking buggy hit HARD there on the 2nd one / surprised they were not hurting.
That was the parts I was monitoring (I was the guy in the fedora/cowboyish hat and org vest)
Congrats to all the guys...and we actually were "guessing" Brad for A class after watching the pre-runs!
