Guys/Gals,
I'm organizing the annual Tim Reilly Run this year at Whiteville NC's Pecan Festival. The festival takes place on November 5th and there will be tons of food, a car show, live music, etc.
If anyone is interested in participating in the run, please let me know. Its for anyone...walkers, joggers, runners, amateurs, for fun, pro's, etc. All proceeds go to Families First of Whiteville which serves families suffering from domestic violence.
Its $15 to enter if I get your money/application before Oct 31st and $20 from then until the day of the race. You can sign up for either the 5k event or 8k and all participants will receive a commemorative Tim Reilly Run T-shirt.
Below is the website for the Pecan Festival that gives times and schedules of events. The race will start at 8:00am that Saturday...recommend you getting there around 7:30 to get your number and shirt.
Top Finishers will receive trophies and/or ribbons. PM me or respond to this thread with your email address and I'll send you the application form for you to fill out.
