with bow season here and gun season right around the corner, i figured it's that time again to post some pictures!

whether it's something you already bagged or some pictures from your game camera..... lets see them!

my camera has been out since saturday and i'm out of town so i should have something to contribute this weekend.

:beer::beer:

Hunting is evil and cruel to God's creatures! I cant believe you would post this on here! You knuckle dragging neanderthal beast! :sniper:
Hey! who's hungry, think I am going to get a cheeze burger now.
I will post some as soon as I hit one. Seemed to have a problem with that last year. Damn things run fast!

Hell I just slow down to 55 and have no prob hitting them. Almost got 3 last night !!!

Work has really put a damper on my huntin this year. We've had a couple decent dove hunts, but I have no pics lol. Been up in the stand a couple times so far but ain't seen nothin worth gettin excited about. I'm mostly ready for duck season!

Still have 1 Elk tenderloin in the freezer. Mmmmmm.... That is some mighty fine eating right there. Now if Dad finds out I stole it out of his freezer, he is gonna' be pissed! :shaking:

This is just one of many ignorant excuses I get to hear about hunting peoples property.
Best one this year would have to be when I asked someone about bow hunting theirs and they said, and I quote, "nah, my cows run every inch of this property and I don't want a stray arrow hittin one of 'em." Completely speechless, I had to just walk away from that one, wow.

friend whose land i'm hunting called me and said he stepped out on his back deck last night and heard a ruckus in the woods..... then some grunting.... all in the general area of my camera..... we'll see what saturday brings!

after asking the girlfriends grandmaw if me and my dad culd come hunt the land she has, she said yeah thats fine, but then her uncle who doesnt even hunt at all or even own a gun for that matter decides that he wants to put his two cents in and says no thats not going o happen because have the 2 people that hunt it already plus me and my dad would be too many people hunting on 130 acres of land....i guess a little over 30 acres per person is just not enough

We do a lot of long range ground hog hunting durring the summer up arround Sparta. When someone tells us we cant hunt thier place, we just get permission from the next door guy and shoot right over into the first guy's field. :flipoff2:

Makes me think of Steve Martin in the Jerk...
He is shooting the oil cans! He hates the oil cans!

Yea, lets just hope it's not the neighbor kids......

12 posts with no pictures?

dang bow season done opened in NC? it opens the 1st up here in VA. ill be in the woods that mornin, and gettin married that evenin lol. ive been on a dry spell for THREE FRICKIN YEARS now. its time i get sumn on the ground.

Dropped this little guy last Friday. First deer with a bow ever. He had two brow tines you can't see in the picture. Pretty typical little Watauga county deer. He and two others came in and I watched them for about 20 minutes before getting really cold and impatient since they wouldn't leave.

Here are some game camera pictures from my family's place up in SC. No one hunts this place any more... but my folks love to catch stuff on their game camera.

They mostly see does and one scrawny little buck... but lately theyve seen some jakes and hens, and as many as 12 little ones crossing the lower pasture together.

So your telling me that the coon was in the same tree as you and you were able to shoot him in a way that it is still suck to the tree and out of your reach...

I'm far from the fish police, but one needs to watch what is posted in a public forum

he was in a tree about 20 feet from me and he was moving tree to tree getting closer im not risking a coon in the same tree as me thats all im saying

Just got back from my mule deer and antelope hunt in wyoming. had an amazing time, didnt shoot trophies, got some decent animals. Mulie was about 23" wide, 3 by 3 plus brow tines, but had a huge body, right at 320lbs. antelope was about 13" with nice cutters. Tracked the mulie down til we found him hid in a briar patch, tried to run off and popped him at about 80 yards. Tracked the pronghorn for a while and managed to get closer than i though i would (theyre observant little sob's). Dropped him where he stood at 352 yards. pics to come soon.
