2012 ram 2500, 68RFE issue

2012 ram ctd with 68RFE, 104k miles, deleted with GDP tuning. Intermittent issues with dead pedal from a dead stop or hard acceleration and gears 3,4,5 sometimes hanging up and not wanting to shift. Truck isn’t throwing ANY codes.

Does anyone know what this could be or someone to take it to in between Charlotte and Hickory?

You can datalog with the efilive tuner and send that file to GDP to review and they can tell you if they see anything.
 
Got this back from the tuner, post data log.

“Okay on that one he is draining rail pressure super bad! Like 10kpsi bad. So they might have a bad pressure relief valve or a injection pump going out.”
 
Pressue relief valve is a fairly easy diagnosis. IIRC, we would look for fuel in the return side at loads where the PRV wouldn't be functioning. If there waa fuel present, the PRV was opening too soon.
I'd make sure your lift pump is supplying enough fuel too as well as checking the filter(s).
