Truck has a bad vibration from 60 to almost 80 felt worse in the driver seat than passenger. It has all new ball joints and front wheel bearings. Tires have been re balanced twice and rotated.
Its weird it seems to come and go at the same speed.

It is a short bed so it has a one piece rear drive shaft with no noticeable play in the joints.

My First thought was to remove front driveshaft and see if got better or worse.

Any other ideas.

Yup drop the front shaft, if it's still there then press off that donut on the front of the rear shaft and have the rear shaft balanced. That's fixed it on my 05. If you don't have the damper donut on the rear shaft then maybe you lost a weight. 60-80 mph is usually tires or driveshaft in my experience.

My 16 has a slight vibration around 70-75. cleans up around 80.
I have after market wheels. Depending on which pair i have on the front it is better or worse.
I have wondered if hub centric rings would help.

Do those trucks have those keeper clips on the rotors? Make sure there aren't any on there if you use aftermarket rims. They usually don't have a counterbore on them to clear like factory wheels do.

I don't think so but i cant say 100% its been a year or so that i had the wheels off. Something to check.

My 15 did, I remember taking them off when I changed rotors.
