We saw a nice 8-point on the side of Apex Barbecue Road Saturday night... only aimed the headlights at it, though.
I like steaks and burger, but canned venison, cooked in a skillet with barbecue sauce, is my FAVE. Followed closely by Swedish meatballs made with venison sausage I made myself.
