@Danger_Ranger you’re not that bad… just had a guy that works for me tell me he mixes mayonnaise “dukes only” in his beenie weenies.
I mean, can he really tell the difference in brands mixed with the weeners? lol@Danger_Ranger you’re not that bad… just had a guy that works for me tell me he mixes mayonnaise “dukes only” in his beenie weenies.![]()

1 Large fresh Tortellini package Is this just cheese tortellini?
1 quart Chicken broth
1 jar pasta sauce What Kind?
Salt 1/2 tsp
Pepper 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1 tsp
Onion powder 1 tsp
Mild italian sausage
1 block cream cheese
Cheddar jack cheese How much?
1 bag spinach
Brown the sausage
Add everything but the tortellini
Cook in crockpot/stove pot
3 hours on low, stir, 30minutes on high
Bring to a bubble and add tortellini. Cook 10 minutes.
So.. I use mild Italian sausage. I think Johnsonville is usually what I end up with because it's on sale. For pasta sauce, I use Classico Tomato Basil. Instead of the cheddar-jack, I usually use an Italian blend of shredded cheese. For the sauce, I like 1 jar pasta sauce. 1 qt. Broth, 1 block cream cheese, and 8 oz shredded cheese. I use one 16 oz. package of sausage and one family sized tortellini pack.Dragging up the old recipe.

I need more details here. Questions in red above. We made this last night and it was good, but not good enough. She didn't buy the right kind of sausage which made a big difference.
