That's even worse. True ENC vinegar and pepper sauce as the good Lord intended. But it's really the red slaw that I just can't get into....

Enc sauce is fantastic and really is the heart of where I’m at. Just a little more viscosity seems nice to me.
It all about that hot vinegar tang for me.
I can amend my slaw selection and raise the bar with charro beans that will make you want to smack someone in celebration.

Indeed.There will be Q. The real incentive is the homemade WNC bbq sauce and red slaw.
I mean the company is a nice bonus but I come back to NC for the food.
