All day I thought about how to reply. Your statement, "I still remember it like it was yesterday sometimes." had me questioning was he there or was he remembering the day? After thinking about it for awhile I realized it doesn't matter to me personally. I know you've served & I can never say "thank you" enough. Whether you were there, or knew/know folks who were there, or guys you knew though someone else were there, the minuscule details do not matter at this point. Thank you & everyone that served. Let us remember those that paid the ultimate sacrifice. And yes, RIP all lives lost over those 2 days.
