Which diaphram?

My vaporizer is a gemini ii model us-e. which looks like an impco model e generic Both the Primary and the seconday DiaPhrams look ok. We found a teaspoon of oil in the upper cavity not sure what thats about. Also the paint on the blue spring is coming off, this is supposed to be a new vaporizer. Not sure if thats normal or not. I didnt want to tear into it much more tonight to see the condition of the spong and the other diaphram.
