Does any one think its a bad idea to build a crawler with a 22r, cause 2 of my friend think i want have enough power with a 4 cylinder. which could be true.

Depends on what kind of crawler.... You should jump both their rigs at the same time going

Been beating the crap out of a 22r for over a year now. Magic toyota carb and everything. Pulls just fine. It wont go like a Ultra 4 car but its enough power to have fun.

It's all in gearing, if it's geared right the 22r will be plenty. Plus you can't bet the dependability of a 22r.
