22RE miss at idle

Just put a rebuilt head on my 1993 22re, still have an exhaust leak, but I'm expecting my new manifold to be in any day now. New plugs and wires, cap and rotor appear to be good, runs fine on the highway. But at idle it has a slight miss, just enough to feel it vibrate and hear it in the exhaust. From what I know it isn't uncommon on these engines, anybody dealt with one? Could it be related to the warped exhaust manifold?
