22re radiator

Sprung a leak at the top of the tank (brass). Already has 2 spots with JB weld on them. should I try to have it brazed or get a new one?

if so who makes a good combination of cheap/ ok quality radiator?

I got mine from Summitracing for pretty cheap. It is a palstic top tank though, but it works great.

turbo truck radiator is 3 row and same height.....v6 is 3 row and 3-4" taller. Most the extra is below and doesnt matter, but you may have to trim the inner hood to clear the rad cap because its in a different spot. wow....dont know where i pulled that from.

did you have a body lift though? or would it not matter?

It sat kinda high.....I had it in a runner with no body lift and it sat kinda high. Then I put in a pickup and used some rad lift bracket that came with a bodylift...but I flipped them down to drop it.

Get a ne oen form Radiatorbarn, link above. Tey ship FAST and lifetiem warranty, IIRc onl ya little over $100 - anything else isn't worth the time/labor.

Check with Honeycutt Transmission in Raleigh, ask Scott who they use for radiator repair, I can't remember myself....
