I am finally finishing up my propane conversion on my ShitBox. I have the appropriate 22r, igniter, coil and distributor. There are 4 plugs from the igniter. One to the coil, one to the distributor, one that plugs into the harness... I assume this is power, yellow and orange wire... And a single wire plug (green). The RE harness had a big plug with 3 or 4 wires that went to the computer. I know one of those was the tach. I assume this single green wire is the tach signal from everything I have read. Is this correct? I have also read you can run a wire from that plug to the tach (sr5 cluster) and make the tach work again. I saw one guy put a ring connector on the wire and put it in a terminal on the back of the cluster. Others say you can use the factory plug and splice it in. Everything I have found are either 10+ year old broken links or the same fuzzy wiring diagram that is poorly labeled and I cannot read. If anyone has done this or knows about it, I would greatly appreciate a couple pics.
TLDR... Yes I searched, a lot, maybe I want my hand held... It is what it is... Middle Fangers
