24v wiring question

I am making a monster power wheels contraption for my kids. It's powered by a 24v motor from a power chair. I've got some bits and pieces already assembled.

The controller that I have does not allow for forward/reverse. I'd like to have a dash switch to go back and forth between the two. On-off-on. How would you go about wiring this up? Looking at more than 25amps.

Use a relay, (or set of relays) just like if you were wiring for a winch or something. Switch enables relays, relays enable motor.

Yeah that is what I'm doing now for a pump motor it's going to have 3 relays. 2 relays with go to the motor wired to the common with the NO/NC going to the battery then the third relay will be the Poss line switch to give power. SpDt switch with a diode inline to stop back feeding

Go to Crown Lift trucks and buy a p/n 11634 F/R contactor. Can do it all with just that.
