2nd Gen Dodge 2500 leaf pack question

OK, I am completely ignorant about leaf springs so bear with me.

I was messing around with my tow rig (1996 2500 Ram with D80 rear) and I started looking at the rear spring packs.

Is this block stock? There are only four leafs, has one been taken out?

Block looks stock, not sure about the leaf count but I don't believe a D80 was stock to that year.

I got the build sheet from Dodge and the D80 came on the truck from the factory, I believe it was an option that year from what the guy at the dealership told me.
