3.4 Toyota swap

Anyone on here done one? I want to pull my 3.0 and swap in the 3.4. I think my biggest problem will be wiring and maybe computer. Thanks for any help. This is for my 1995 4runner, 5 speed.
 
When I was looking to do the swap into my 4runner it looked like if you had the 5 speed it was pretty straight forward except the wiring. There is a company that will do the wiring harness for around $700. If you have an auto it gets more complicated. I think the easiest solution to that problem would be getting the swap out of a 97? T100 because it had the same transmission and transfer case setup.
 
I've done 2 3.4s and 2 2.7s, got 3 more in the yard to do soon as I can get to em. What you wanna know?
 
What's the best donor engine? What problems will I run into with the wiring and computer? Any other helpful hints would also be great.
 
It is a 1995 SR5 5spd
