Tires

I have a 07 Silverado 4x4 it only has front 2" lift. I have the stock wheels with 315/70/17 Hankooks they hit on the inner fender wells when you turn sharp. It is tight.

i have seen on various forums of guys saying you need a 6inch lift and a BL to clear em:lol: i bet you could clear em. maybe do some inner fender trimming. heck i know a guy who had 37s on stock rims on an 02 with just ford keys. anything can be done

yea i forgot to say im going to use the stock wheels makes a big difference lol.

Don: your truck is the new body style correct they made the classic in that year also

i was surprised

I had a customer bring in a set of brand new 3157017 bfg ko's and wanted them on a new body style cheverolet after I installed the leveling kit. I pretty much told him he was crazy, but in the end we put them on and to my surprise it had very little rubbing. So yes, they will fit with minor trimming. If I had not done one myself I would say there is no way. and yes he had stock wheels.

On stock wheels only, and even then it will be really close, the fender openings look larger on the newer truck because of the height of the opening, but there is actually less room on the newer trucks.

you will need a ccm 2.5" and a truxx or ready lift bottom lift as well, and then 1" bloacks to get it level. this will be very little rub

I don't recommend stacking the leveling kits, one leveling kit in itself puts the tierod ends, ball joints, and CV's at the end of their usable limits.

My leveling kit is 3/4" spacer under the struts I made it in my shop. Because of the geometry it is a 2" lift. My truck is the new body stile. 2007 4x4 WT short bed (6 1/2') regular cab.
