Anyone run a 35 12.50 on a 8 wheel
I run a 12.5 on a 10 wide but there are plenty of people runnin 12.5 on an 8 wide.
12.5 is fine on a 8 inch rim, will allso helop you keep from poppin a bead when aired down( poor mans beadlock)
i would rather run my 12.50" wide tires on 8" wheels..... here's a pic of 35x12.50 claws on 15x8 wheels:
Yep, an 8" wheel is actually the preferable size for 12.50s due to it holding the bead better like Jason said.
^ is that picture photochopped or is it just me.
Guessing, would say just you.
I run 35x12.5 r15 on a 15x8 wheel and think it is perfect.
8" wheel is better than 10" wheel
Just you. This was during my motor swap.
sent from that place where that thing is
x2 on the poor mans bead lock.
I'm running 36x12.5x15 on 8" rim. Works great and makes the tire stand taller.
I ran some 12.50 35"s on 8" rim as a dd/ weekend wheeler and never had any issues
thanks guys. always heard people saying not to go anymore that 3 inches wider from rim to tire size.
I also run 35 12.50 15 on 8 inch rim
