I am wanting to go 35 spline outers on my Heep. Tired of breaking!

Here's what I have found so far. This for outers. I am going to use the stock 35 spline inners for now.

From what I have researched all of these sellers have good feedback and stand behind what they sell. The axles are Yukon and lifetime warranty, the drive flanges are warrantied also for the gear(tera flex) I see the weak point being the cap, so I may ask if I can get a spare.

Whatcha think?

Those prices all seem good. I had purchased my stubs and joints from zuber. I'm not really sure how the warenty part works though.

The only thing I would have done differently is some drive flange kits come with a small /thin plate that is threaded so you can pull out the puck and put in the plate. That give you something to attach the cover to so you can have the puck 'removed' but still have it covered up..

...Rock-Slide on E-Bay is John from Mt. Logan Offroad....

Hit the PBB vendor section. Always a deal of 35 spline upgrade from someone.

discount gearings, if i remember right, is complete offroad . com who has always done me right with prices and though i've never had a warranty issue i was assured that they would stand behind their product lines...

nowparts is a newer wholesaler who i have called and talked with several times and placed several orders with... their prices are pretty damn competitive and much like complete offroad / discount gearing, they seemed to have a huge inventory as opposed to drop shipping everything like most places online are doing....

-Mt. Logan...I don't know if thats a good thing...more of a FYI

I know a couple people have their flanges that seem to be good..

Complete Offroad is a good vendor. I have bought many parts from them and they have always been helpfull with and questions I ask. Even bought a few used parts from them. When I upgraded my early Bronco D44 to larger ujoints they where out of stock on the long side shaft so they sent me a Yukon alloy shaft in place of it with out me even asking.

If you get the chance, hold a Yukon piece up to one of the Made in USA pieces, it changed my mind.
To be fair to them, no stub wouldve survived what my dumbass did

Mt Logan dropped the ball Wrote him today to see where my flanges were. He wrote me back and said

They were delivered to UPS this morning UPS 2 Day air. No charge. One of my guys forgot to send them last week. I hope having them to you by wednesday is soon enough. Sorry for any trouble.
JOhn

this does throw a wrench into my gears.

Working 12 hour shifts and being gone about 15 hours for each work day leaves little time for anything but work and sleep. I was depending on them being here. Everything else arrived last week. But, from what I understand installing them won't take much time. at least I hope that's the case.
