I have a complete 99 vortec 4.3 at the house that's blown. Will the accessories fit on a 88 350 tbi motor? I'm not sure if that's what I want to do, but am curious about the option.

I’m pretty sure the brackets are the same, just will need a new water pump and possibly an alternator. The big cast aluminum brackets right? did this conversion on my k5, upgraded the alternator at the same time.

Ha ha, I don't even know what they look like right off hand. Not off either vehicle. Thanks

The Vortec would be a serpentine drive, so a reverse rotation water pump. I'm assuming the 88 TBI was v-belt, so you'll have to swap water pumps. But the accessories are all the same...same bolt hole locations (I'm pretty sure, anyway). I know I've seen people put the 4.3 brackets on SBC's for the serpentine drive. That's what I'm looking for. If you end up not wanting them, I'll gladly take them off your hands for you!

If you run the vortec water pump on the TBI block you will need to plug the lower bolt hole on the block. I believe the TBI block will have the double lower bolt hole on the passenger side and the vortec pump doesn't cover it. I don't know if the brackets will bolt up with the tbi water pump though. I swapped a tbi block into a vortec truck without issue

That's what i'm trying to decide. Whether they are going to get sold, or installed on mine. It's really not a project that i'm currently working on though.

Just for reference 89-91 suburbans, k30, blazers/Jimmy’s has serpentine belts. It’s what I used to do my swap.
