4.0 knok that is comin form the head i think

my 92 jeep cherokee 4x4 sport have a loud bad knok that souds like its coming from the head but cant find it can someone tell me if they had this problem

piston might have lost the skirt.For some reason,number 5 is esp. bad for it.This is on vthe 4.0.
