4.0 lose of power

I have a 03 Rubi. With a 4.0 that has 69000 miles on it we just got bac from vacation a few days ago and the Jeep had been parked in the garage when I got in it and drove it down the road it had lost a great amount of power since it had been parked 4 a week. Especially in 4th and 5thsay I can be driving along at 70 mph and go to 5th and it will lose its speed unlike it use to so.e one said converter may be stoped up so I took it off and the helped the pull out power a lil bit but the jeep still isn't like it use to b any ideas
 
Mine does the same thing but only occasionally. I can be rolling down the high way at 70 in fifth gear and all of the sudden I will lose power and it will just start to slowing down. The weird part is I don't feel it skipping, I keep hoping whatever is causing it will just go bad all together so I can finally find the problem.
 
Ok I will try the coil pack first and sometimes when you start it up it will idle rly rly low and almost have like a miss but then itl clear up after about 30 sec
