4.0 XJ sluggish to move

2000 XJ with 4.0 auto.
Started acting like a go kart when trying to move.
You put into gear and apply throttle. Vehicle slowly but eventually takes off.
I just replaced all 3 TC solenoids and trans filter.
Didn’t fix the issue.
Is it Torque Converter or worse… Trans?
 
It’s damn hard to kill an AW4. Make sure you have enough fluid or the filter was put back on correctly. Chance your catalytic converter is clogged? Motor will seem to rev fine but you won’t be moving anywhere fast.
