4.0l rebuild

anyone know a good shop to have mine rebuilt or of some who can rebuild a 4.0l out of 1990 xj

it needs to be in raleigh or charlotte but prefer raleigh

Wow I don’t remember it was about 3 years ago and one piston had blown apart so I had to bore the block 30 over, new pistons and all of that you might not have to do. I broke the engine down and did all the assembly to keep costs down and even with all the new internal parts, machine work, and external parts I think I only spent about $800.00.
 
I can rebuild it for about $500, that would include machine work and labor if you want to bring it to wilmington to my shop

You would supply the parts

What excactly happened to it?

nothing right now its still in the jeep and running but i dont know for how much longer its got bad blow-by and leaking oil from every seal and its just time to redo it. What kind of parts are we talking about and where would i go about buying them? I was thinking an Rv cam would be a must but other than that i dont know.
