4 cyl Wrangler Won't Start

Hey guys, my clutch master hydraulics went out on friday along with part of my throw out bearing. After dropping the trans, replacing the throw out and putting it all back together with a new master and slave cylinder the jeep wont start. For some reason i'm not getting any spark to the distributor. We checked the coil and it's fine. I'm out of ideas, any help you guys can offer would be greatly appreciated. The Jeep is a 97 Wrangler with a 2.5 4 Cyl.
