460 Head Removal

Got a 76ish 460 that needs head work. How hard is it to pull the heads? Any special tools needed? I have never done it so any tips/tricks, etc. would be greatly appreciated!

Bend with the knees, not the back.

Should not be any special tools needed other than a socket set and possibly an extender.

Mark the bolts so you know which ones go where for the reinstall.
