4L60E Mods?

I have done the reading on what to do to make a 4L60E live longer and perform better but just looking to see what you guys have had personal experience with on these units. Going to do a usual fluid change and filter change soon and might just do a few upgrades while I'm in there. It has had the large external cooler on it for almost its entire 170k and has seen regular maintenence. Just trying to make it live a little longer since it will see a little more hauling duty from here on out with the 4wheelers and whatnot.

What have you guys used:

Brand of shift kit?
Corvette servo or different servo?
Deep pan?
Anything else?

Looking to see what brands of shift kits you guys may have had experience with mainly. Im sure the quality or shift points isn't the same on all of them.

you need to swap in a 700R

Corvette servo. My red Tahoe has a Corvette servo and a tuner to firm up shifts. With a big cooler you should be fine. If you have problems there is a guy in west Jefferson that does good rebuilds and a really good price
