Well my neighbor down the street (we wave but he is new to the area and I don't know him) came up today covered in mud. He said he buried his Durango in his back yard and asked if I would come pull him out. I went down there and his white 2wd Dodge was buried to the axle in the rear and dang near so in the front. He was 20 feet from his house and facing toward his house as well. Not the best pull angle.

I backed in there, pushed the 4wd button and the diff lock and he connected the strap to his truck. That ground is wet, let me tell you. Water was squishing out of the ground around my boots as i walked. It was raining hard and his whole family was watching LOL, no pressure....

I eased forward and just......drug dat ass. Barely spun, dragged him sideways until it had the right angle to roll. He grinned and said Toyotas are bad ass.

I know, cool story bro, but it was the first time this truck has pulled anyone out. My old 4Runner had rescued many folks and I know this one will too.

No pics/vid, you pushed a button for 4wd, you didn't lock the hubs, and you didn't use a clutch. I'm sure the ladies in you sewing club were proud!:flipoff2:

Haha, BroRunner has no hubs and no clutch either. Us old guys need easy to use stuff.

Haha cool!! Reminds me of back in the day in my '86 SCSB Toyota on 36s open open. My dad tells some random guy that lived down the road and was stuck in his yard that I had a big Toyota that would pull him out easy. He comes home and tells me to go drag him out. It was a '77 F250 2wd buried up to the axle. My saving grace was I had some really long straps that allowed me to sit on the pavement and do work. So I get unhooked after I drag him out and he tells me how awesome my truck is and offers to pay me, I just tell him to pass on the favor. I then back up into his drive to leave, cut too short and drop into the ditch and bottom the diff on a culvert lol!! Then he got to pass on the favor immediately!!
