4runner/ truck e-locker question?

I'm tiring to find out if the 8" toyota e-locker's have a long spline axle like the 9.5" toyota e-locker's have, as I'm tiring to build a hybrid axle with a 9.5" center using mini truck outer axle tubes and axles as per this thread but with a e-locker.

I want to say no but not 100%, the reason the 9.5's have a long and short side is due to the offset rear housing.

I'm sorry that I may not have been clear what I need to know. Does the 8" e-locker axle have longer splines, not the length of the axle it's self just the splines?
