Jim's Off Road is in Oak Ridge, right outside Knoxville...
There are a few Jeepster/Commando guys up that way as well...nice area...

4 wheels is the only one I know of anywhere in the area. I haven't been there in a long time but last time I went the guys were into lifting new trucks as high as they could and were somewhat a$$holes
