I havein a 04 DD Rubi.Can I put these in my drive shafts?

5-760x u-joints are for the front axle shafts
i think the drive shaft u-joints are spicer 1330 joints

drive shaft u-joints also maybe called 5-790x ?????? i think the 790x is a 1330
