54" bogger pics

That big, and they still won't hook up to anything... :flipoff2: to the bogger lovers..

they are the best tire made for mud. in a swamper. i wouldnt want any for trail riding or rock crawling.

they look cool on the street too!

I saw them at Galloways about a month ago and they just dont impress me. The tread just isnt proportional to the tire IMO. It looks like it should be on a 38" tire not a 52" tire. I know id like to try a set though just to see what they would break.

agreed, the tred on my 38's looks to be about the same depth. the tred on new 44's (which i saw less than a week ago) looks a lot deeper than those 54's but it is just a pic i guess...

Tread depth actually is more on a 38" bogger (29/32) compared to 27/32 on the 52" bogger. The only thing i could guess is that they had to make the tread depth less on the 52's so the tire doesnt move side to side alot, so it doesnt "feel like your on stilts" if you get what im saying. Its kind of hard to explain.

From what I saw, the center part of the tread is similar to other boggers, but the outer lugs are tiny compared to the 39's and 44's. There are no "scoops" on the big lugs like the smaller tires.

Don't know if anyone has been following the TTC thread over on the PBB, but it seems like the trucks running 54s didn't do all that well in the mud pit.
