6 to 8 lug conversion questions

Converting a 1977 model GM 10 bolt to 8 lug
-What exactly do I need? I've searched and talked to a few people and everyone seems to have different opinions.

-Can i keep my current warn hubs or will they need to be swapped as well?

All youll need is the 8 lug hubs/rotors and caliper mount's.You can reuse everything else.
