663 area code

Anybody know where a 663 area code is from? I was trying to buy some stuff from a guy on craigslist. Everything seems legit, but the number he sent me starts with 663, and when I try to dial it, my phone won't dial it. I've never seen that before. It calls other numbers fine. As far as I can tell, 663 is not a US area code, but I could be wrong. Ideas?

Doing a quick google search and according to "Areacode.com" thats a fake area code, if you receive a call from that number its a number that has been faked.

Could be a typo in the ad or a scam.

He emailed me back, it was 662 not 663, and now I have a Husqvarna 338XPT chainsaw. Woot!
