'68 C10 wiring - signal lights

Trying to help rewire a truck I didn't see disassembled and the owner bought a universal harness.

So the front amber lights are a two wire (red/black) setup as are the side marker lights. Owner doesn't remember if both front and side lights operated as turn and/or parking lights. With only 2 wires each light and 1 of them already a dedicated ground, I can't comprehend the lights being able to do more than one function.

I've got 1 parking wire, 1 LH turn wire, and 1 RH turn wire that I've got to cut up and split for both driver and passenger side of the truck. Any help would be appreciated

The way the wiring of the parking lights go
1. Left and right turn signals are front only
2. Parking lights are front and side only
there were no flashing side lights for that year
