7.3 question

Have you checked the bulkhead connector on the UVCH for melted pins/burnt wires???? With the truck running wiggle the connector and see if I changes anything. The inj's are elect and the wiring runs thru the valve cover gasket. Both of the PS's I've had, have had the harnesses, gaskets changed. My 96 so bad you could smell burnt plastic when you took the oil cap off.

I replaced these on my last truck, haven't even looked at them on this truck, thanks

Unhooked the batteries, unplugged the ts performane chip

No change, still rattling like crazy at idle, hooked it back up, if you turn the ts chip to high idle it quits making noise, sounds great just high idle, and still no boost

Going to look at harnesses and wire connections

The flex plates are known to break, had it happen to mine. cracked all the way around the thicker "puck" where the crankshaft bolts go. That being said I don't remember any odd noise or low power, i just mashed on it one day and it quit going forward like it was in neutral.
