79 Ford D60

My buddy has a D60 from a 79 ford f350, it is a 610023-2 with 3.54 gears we need to know what the D8TA YD means on the tag. we know its a standard with 354's and no limited slip but were wondering what this meant thanks

It's a Ford tag. 1978 Truck part, first revision.
