8.8 Spider Gear issue

I've got a Ford 8.8 LSD rear I bought to go in my TJ.

Situation is, upon replacement of the diff cover, the spider gears have a few chips in the metal.

Questions:

1 - Where is the best place to find replacement spider gears?
2 - Will spider gears from a non-LSD 8.8 work?

New spider gear kits aren't too expensive. ~$250 last time I looked.
I ended up going with power trax no-slip. Lasted a few years. But the first trip to URE this year the carrier broke. It held together for the drive home.
When I took the diff out it came apart in two big pieces.
I'm waiting for a Detroit locker to arrive. It is <$200 more than the power trax for the F8.8. If you have the $$, get a full carrier locker. You'll be a lot happier. Learn from my mistakes.

I was just thinking to save up and do a locker later - so...looking to get some Spider Gears on the cheap....then plunk some $$ down for shafts and a locker later on...or who knows..maybe another upgrade? hehheh
 
Pull a part. There are never any shortage of explorers, crown vics, f150's, or mustangs out there. They all use the 8.8. Just make sure they are for a 31 spline and for LSD. shouldnt cost more than 15 bucks out there.

Man....If I only had the time to go to Pull a Part....uggh...I'll bump my WTB thread - hopefully someone on here has some.
