8" or 10" rim? Toyota back spacing?

Iam about to order new tires and wheels. 35x12.5x15 mtr's. what width wheel? 8's or 10? What back space is typical for the solid axle toyota?

id go tens and 3.5-4.5 in bs i think i had 4.5 on my old rig

I'd run 8" wide rims if it is wheeling rig, and 10" wide rims if it is a pavement rig.

8" will hold a bead at lower pressures than a 10" will with 12.50" tires

I always run 8s a lot better to bead and keep it on the rim at low psi

i had 8" wheels with 3.5 and the ifs rear and 1.5 inch spacers on the front. i still have the wheels if your think you might be interested.

I scored some eagle alloy bullet holes today. 8" 3.5 bs. Not a huge fan of them but I'll see how they look mounted. Thanks for the direction guys

I have 35x13.5x15s on my FJ60 with 8in rims. I run 4PSI on the trails with no beadlocks & it does great!

36x12.5x15 here on 8" rims w 2" back spacing. Like everyone says low psi but I still pop off the bead occasionally. I plan diy bead locks one day so I will end up with a 9" rim.
