87 toyota 2wd trans need help!!!!

This one has me stumped, my buddy has a 87 2wd 5 speed he replaced the clutch in, drove it for about a month and then it started acting up. It's like the clutch never disengages. You can sit there and shift thru all the gears and you get no grinding or anything. What confuses me is that I can put it in gear and bump the starter and the truck will move but while it's running I get nothing.
I tried bleeding the system and got nothing, got pissed off and replaced the master and slave still nothing. I've heard about the bracket under the dash breaking but I looked and can't see anything broke and I have good movement on the slave piston. I'm starting to think that there may be something twisted or broke just seeing if anyone else might have some insight before I really tear into it, thanks guys

clutch disc in backwards
clutch fork bent

did he replace the just the disc or did he do clutch,pp,release bearing ?

Can't be in backwards because he drive it fine for about a month and according to him everything was replaced
