88 F-150 engine swap

I have a 88 ford f-150 im installing a engine in, Theres a 302 on here from a 88 mustang. Everything should swap right in to the ford, I know i will have to run the stock flywheel and MM. Any problems yaw can foresee me running into.

Intakes are different....engine should bolt in fine....electronics (speed density vs. mass air maybe, etc.) would be the areas of concern.

Yeah, the intakes are different between the trucks and the Mustangs. And the Mustang will be mass-air since it's an '88 but the truck will have speed-density
