89 chevy making noise in frontend

Im new at this but here it goes. My 89 chevy sounds like your draging beer cans down the road from the left front wheel. It started out poping when you made a sharp turn. I was wondering if someone could tell me what and how to fix this my self and how tuff it is to fix?
