i have a 89 toyota pickup and i just lifted it with the ball joint spacers and blocks in the back it lifted it 3" and now its realy bouncy anyone know what i need to do to stop it?

Does it seem like the suspension doesn't compress? (Like you're riding around on the bump stops?) If so you probably need new shocks. Had a BMW that I put on a lift to do an oil change and when I put it down the rear shocks wouldn't compress. I guess fully extending them did them in.

If I'm thinking the right truck here, you should be able to just pull the shocks off and see if you can compress them. Might also take it for a short spin around the block to see how it rides without the shocks. (Nothing high speed mind you. Driving without shocks is NOT fun.)
