8k or 10k trailer?

I have a big tex 14k 20ft full tilt trailer. I love it, towed empty with a WD hitch and full tire inflation it towed and tracked great, even behind my swb ram 1500.

I was told you rarely regret buying too much trailer, and I have yet to prove that person wrong.

Full tilt is awesome, I put a winch on it and can load anything on the trailer by myself in very short order.

That in a 26’ goose would be ideal. Just big money.

Not sure on the goose, but a 22ft 14k PJ is under $7k.

Another vote for tilt. Shop owner has a 7k tilt bed, full powered hydraulic with winch. Loading anything is quick and easy, no ramps, can wheels get on the deck, tilt down, load rest of the way. But being a steel deck trailer, seems over built, says rated to carry 4600#.. that puts it at 2400#.. heavy for a 16/18ft bumper pull trailer in my opinion.
