Radio, heater fan, & wipers work until headlights are pulled on, then stop, but headlights stay on.
Gauges are all dead, but instrument lights work...
Intermittent turn signals...
No rear lamps (parking or brake)

Fuses all checked good.

If its an aftermarket radio, check the ground. Alot of people would use the dimmer wire for ground because it read ground until you cut the lights on and it would do funny stuff.

Mine did the same kind of thing and it ended up being the headlight switch. Might be a good place to start. But like the other guy said I'd look at the ground as well. Thats where about 90% of your problems will end up being.

there is a common ground on the left hand side of the steering column, it is common to everything in the dash.
if the ground isn't the issue, i would look towards the headlight switch.

Still not convinced it's ground, simply because the dash lights continue to work with the parking/headlight ON... it's just everything else that dies! Unless the cluster is fed from a different circuit or ground?
Anyone know specifically where this ground is? Just pull the cover off and it'll be obvious?

I believe it's it's the OEM AM/FM...

Tell us about "the same kind of thing"! IOW, what was yours doing that the headlight switch resolved? :D
