So I got a steal on a HP king pin Dana 60 and a Sterling from a 1991 Ford Super Duty and wanting to put it into my 1997 XJ. The problem I have is that everybody I have found that makes trusses only make them for the 78-79 ish models and I am wondering if anybody knows who makes a truss with the needed brackets to put it into my XJ. Any help would be great!!

thanks man I appreciate it and will definitely keep them in mind. Are you running a 3 link cause I have a rough country long arm right now so would need to go with four mount points...

might have to make an upper arm. the truss has a boxed upper for a bushing/heim. but if your doing this, you should be able to fab an arm up.

also with the way that truss is built, your springs may need to be swapped with lower height ones. the truss looks like 1.5-2" off axle tube.

They will build it however you want. I had them change a few things such as track bar mounting location. Mine is 3 link. AJ is right, also. It will raise the front some. The selling point for me was how quickly I could "build" the front axle compared to an axle bracket kit.

Dude, WFO kicks ass. I get stuff from them and Ruff Stuff in 2 days from California all the way out here to eastern NC. I've talked to Beau and the guys at WFO a lot and they're definitely great to work with and very knowledgeable.

Cant you take it to your local 4x4 shop and have them build you one? im sure Willson offroad can make you something to work and they are in Fayettville

I don't want to cause to much stink but I will be out with it. I would give Wilson's Offroad a minute if my time or a penny from my pocket. I don't mind the other local shops its just if there was a comp at already setup to fab the truss I would do it that way.
