Sounds like someone at the pizza place had her pegged right from the start. "crazy old coot" 
it was on the news the other night and it played the tapes, she was like Is this the police station? Operator: yes maim lady: well go to the pizza place they have horrible service and make them deliver my pizza or something along those lines hahahahha
