ran my truck outta gas now she want run for crap till i dog the sh*t outta it. any input?

Guessing this is a TBI 305 or TBI 350. They are really finicky about fuel pressures and good fuel flow. More than likely you sucked something out of the tank and its clogged the filter now. Change the fuel filter and try again.

thanks buddy it gave me a total a** whoopin today changein filter here soon

changed the filter today runs a whole lot better still has a studder sometimes probably needs plugs. dont think they have ever been changed

changed the plugs still cuttin out driver side injectoer is half clogged and im thinkin the tps is goin out to

Gapped correctly and not slapped in out-of-the-box?

And exactly how did you determine this?

And this?
i bought autolight for the correct vehicle checked the gap to the correct gap spaceing. injector is dripping instead of spraying, and the spring that opperates inside the sensor is a lil wore out

injector is dripping instead of spraying

My experience is if you see the injector dripping with the naked eye (as opposed to using a timing light) there's a 99% chance it's pooched! However, I have seen a rap from a screwdriver handle bring them back in line ;)

I'd recommend replacing the o-rings around them first (if the OE "non-ethanol approved" o-ring cracks, it won't build pressure and will just dribble) and if that doesn't work, replace them both. If one is pooched (clogged/leaking), you can bet money the other isn't far away from it! :D

the spring that opperates inside the sensor is a lil wore out

Meaning the TPS arm doesn't stay tight against or follow the throttle arm back to the idle position?
Definitely replace it, but be aware that it will need to be adjusted after replacement to provide an accurate reading back to the ECM.

found a throttle body rebuild kit for $30 bout to order it and get the tps and yes its not goin all the way back to the idle position

That rebuild kit will get you started. Once you tear it down, use the kitchen table to ensure you keep it absolutely clean going back together... use vaseline on the o-rings (to keep them from getting pinched during re-assembly) and "2B" non-hardening sealer on the injector tree cap gasket (so you pull it back off to swap injectors if this doesn't fix it) ;)

thanks man

Wow! Glad you found it! Was the fuel gauge reading properly? On GM, that's first sign of pump going bad. The worse the gauge reads, the worse the pump is getting. When mine starting going out, the gauge was incorrect, but I started running out of fuel=causing misfire code, under high RPMs, towing.
